1:1 Sessions

Sometimes you need the room to be only yours.

A private session is an hour where nothing is asked of you. You don’t perform, explain, or hold it together. You lie down, and I tend to you — with Reiki, with sound, with a kind of presence most of us rarely get to receive.

This is where the deeper unwinding tends to happen. In the one-on-one space, your system finally trusts that it’s safe to let go — and things soften that have been clenched for a long, long time. I’m not here to fix you. There’s nothing broken. I’m here to create the conditions, and to listen alongside you, while your own body remembers what it knows.

You leave lighter. Not because I took something from you — because you set it down.
