This immersive sound training blends education, lived experience, and spacious practice. It is designed for those who feel called to facilitate sound with greater confidence, integrity, and care — whether you are a yoga teacher, therapist, coach, wellness practitioner, or simply someone drawn to sound as a pathway of connection and healing.

Throughout the weekend, we will explore sound not only as a technique, but as a relational and energetic practice — one that asks us to listen deeply, move slowly, and respond with discernment. We’ll ground in foundational knowledge, ethical facilitation, energetic awareness, and embodied presence, while supporting each participant in discovering their own authentic style rather than replicating someone else’s.

Where to Stay

Plan your stay on the island.

Housing is not included in this training. You’ll book your own place on Ocracoke — and I’d do it early. The island is small, the ferry sets the pace, and the good spots go quickly.

Castle Villas

Right around the corner from Little Rituals — close enough to walk to us in the morning.

Ocracoke Harbor Inn

If a hotel feels more your speed. Right on the harbor, an easy walk into the village.

Come a day early if you can. Ocracoke asks you to slow down before you even arrive… it’s easier to just let it.
